Glaucoma follow-up; reports occasional halos at night.

78F with POAG OU on latanoprost. Adherent. No drops missed. Halos OD ×2 weeks, no pain, no vision loss.

Constitutional negative. Denies headache, eye pain, redness, photopsia, curtain.
